Hadith 995
`Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that` he (peace be upon him) said: "Give the heirs their shares. Then whatever remains is for the closest male relative to the deceased."
