Hadith 972
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever has unused land should cultivate it. If he does not do so himself, then he should give it to someone else (as a concession, without rent) so that he may cultivate it.
