Hadith 955
`Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that` the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who gives it, the one who writes it down, and its witnesses. And he said that they are all equal.
