Hadith 946
`Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that` a man mentioned before the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that he was deceived in transactions, so the Prophet said to him that when you make a sale, say: "There is no deception" (meaning, do not deceive me, or if you deceive, it will not be binding upon me). Then whenever he made a sale, he would say this (but instead of "la khilabah," his tongue would utter "la khiyabah" because he could not pronounce the "lam").
