Hadith 938
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade us from two types of sales and two types of clothing. He forbade the sale of Mulamasah and Munabadhah. The sale of Mulamasah is that a person touches another's cloth with his hand, by night or by day, and does not turn it over except for this purpose, i.e., for the sale. And Munabadhah is that a person throws his cloth towards another's cloth, and the other throws his cloth towards him, and this constitutes their sale—without seeing and without expressing mutual consent.
