Hadith 921
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If you sell fruit to your brother and then some calamity befalls it (causing the fruit to perish), then it is not lawful for you to take anything from him. For what will you take your brother’s wealth—will you take it unjustly?
