Hadith 825
Narrated from Nafi that Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) used to narrate from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that when someone invites his brother, he should accept his invitation, whether it is a wedding invitation or any other similar invitation.

Hadith 826
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When someone is invited, he should accept it; if he is fasting, he should pray (for the host), and if he is not fasting, he should eat.

Hadith 827
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The worst food is the food of a wedding feast in which those who wish to come are prevented, and those who do not wish to come are invited. And whoever does not accept the invitation has disobeyed Allah the Exalted and His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
