Hadith 814
It is narrated from Nabiya bin Wahb that Umar bin Ubaidullah intended to marry his son Talha bin Umar to the daughter of Shaiba bin Jubair. So he sent a messenger to Aban bin Uthman, who was the Amir of Hajj at that time, so that he would also come (at the time of the marriage). So Aban came and said that I heard Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) say that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A Muhrim (one who has entered the state of Ihram for Hajj or Umrah) should neither marry himself, nor arrange the marriage of another, nor propose for marriage.
