Hadith 759
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) performed four ‘Umrahs, and apart from the one performed with Hajj, all were in the month of Dhu al-Qa‘dah. One ‘Umrah was from Hudaybiyyah or in the year of Hudaybiyyah in Dhu al-Qa‘dah, the second in Dhu al-Qa‘dah of the following year, the third ‘Umrah was from Ji‘ranah, where the spoils of the Battle of Hunayn were distributed, and that too was in Dhu al-Qa‘dah, and the fourth ‘Umrah was the one performed with Hajj.
Hadith 760
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that Sayyiduna Muawiyah bin Sufyan (may Allah be pleased with him) informed him. He said: I cut the hair of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on (the hill of) Marwah with the blade of an arrow. (Or he said: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on Marwah having his hair cut with the blade of an arrow.)
