Hadith 690
Nafi' says that Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) used to spend the night at Dhi Tuwa when going to Mecca, then perform ghusl (ritual bath) in the morning, and then enter Mecca during the day, and he used to mention that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) did the same.
