Mukhtasar Muslim

Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: The Muslim trustworthy treasurer, who spends, and sometimes he (the Prophet) said: who gives what he has been commanded to give, and gives the full amount (i.e., does not deduct anything as commission or bribe), and gives the full charity, with happiness of heart, and delivers it to the one he has been ordered to give it to—he too is considered as one who gives charity.
