Hadith 490
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When any one of you dies, his abode is presented before him morning and evening. If he is among the people of Paradise, then (he is shown) among the people of Paradise, and if he is among the people of Hell, then (he is shown) among the people of Hell. Then it is said: This is your abode, until Allah sends you to it on the Day of Resurrection.
