Hadith 431
Lady Umm Atiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded us to take out our unmarried girls, young women, menstruating women, and women in seclusion on Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. The menstruating women should stay away from the place of prayer, but participate in the good deeds and the supplications of the Muslims. I said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Some of us do not have a cloak." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Her sister should cover her with her own cloak."
