Hadith 364
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: When a person enters the morning, a charity is due on every joint of his body. Then saying "Subhan Allah" once is charity, saying "Alhamdulillah" once is charity, reciting "La ilaha illallah" once is charity, and saying "Allahu Akbar" once is charity. Enjoining a good word is charity, forbidding an evil thing is charity, and performing two rak‘ahs of Duha prayer suffices for all these matters.
