Umm al-Mu'minin Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) says: I never saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) performing the Duha prayer. But I used to perform it. And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to like some actions but would not do them out of fear that if people started doing them, they might become obligatory.
