Hadith 345
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When any one of you yawns during prayer, he should try to restrain it as much as possible. For indeed, the Shaytan enters (to cast doubts in the heart and make one forget the prayer). In another narration, it is mentioned: (When yawning) he should place his hand over his mouth. For indeed, the Shaytan (sometimes in the form of a fly or insect) enters (or in reality, the Shaytan enters, and this is correct).
