Mukhtasar Muslim

Abu Hazim narrates: I was behind Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), he was performing ablution for prayer and was washing his hand so far up that he washed up to his armpit. I said, "O Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), what kind of ablution is this?" He said, "O descendants of Farukh (Farukh is the name of a son of Ibrahim, peace be upon him, whose descendants are among the non-Arabs, and Abu Hazim was also non-Arab), are you present here? If I had known you were present here, I would not have performed ablution in this manner. I heard my friend (the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him) say, 'On the Day of Resurrection, a believer will be adorned with jewelry up to the place where his ablution reaches.'"
