Hadith 50
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Dharr Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: Whoever attributes himself to someone other than his (real) father, knowing that he is not his father (i.e., knowingly claims someone other than his father as his father), he has committed disbelief. And whoever claims something that does not belong to him, he is not from among us, and he should prepare his abode in Hell. And whoever calls someone a disbeliever or calls him an enemy of Allah, and the one who is called by that name is not such (i.e., not a disbeliever), then that (disbelief) will return upon the one who called him so.
