Hadith 39
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say that the people of Yemen came (to accept Islam themselves) and they are soft-hearted and gentle-natured people. The best faith is that of Yemen and wisdom is also (better) from Yemen. Poverty and contentment are among the shepherds of sheep, and pride, arrogance, boasting, and haughtiness are among the horsemen and camel riders who shout and are covered with hair, from the direction of the rising of the sun.
Hadith 40
`Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that` the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Harshness and roughness of the hearts are among the people of the East, and faith is among the people of Hijaz."
