If a creditor finds his exact goods with a bankrupt, he has more right.
Hadith 965

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: When a person becomes insolvent (that is, bankrupt), and another person finds his belongings with him, then he has a greater right to them.
