Mukhtasar Muslim

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever is wealthy (that is, has the ability to repay a debt) and delays in repaying the debt, it is oppression. And when any of you is referred to a wealthy person, he should follow him. (That is, if a wealthy person takes responsibility for paying the debt, it should be accepted and he should be asked for it.)
