Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that a man had a debt upon the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He demanded repayment from you (peace be upon him) harshly, so the Companions intended to punish him. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed, the one who has a right is allowed to speak (demand it)." (This character is a proof of Prophethood.) Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Buy him a camel and give it to him." They said: "We only find a better camel than his." So the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Buy that one and give it to him, for the best among you are those who repay debts in the best manner."
