Mukhtasar Muslim

Sayyiduna Fadala bin Ubaid Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was staying at Khaybar, and a necklace was brought to him which had gems and gold in it. It was from the spoils (booty) that was being sold. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that its gold be separated, so its gold was separated. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Now sell the gold for gold, by equal weight.
