Mukhtasar Muslim

`Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that` I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever buys a date-palm tree after it has been pollinated, its fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates (otherwise). And whoever buys a slave, his property belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates (otherwise). (Bai‘ is the seller and Mushtari is the buyer.)
