Hadith 893

Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever frees his share in a slave, and he has enough wealth to pay the just value of the slave and give the shares of the other partners, then the slave will be free for him. (If he does not have enough wealth,) then only his own share will be free.
