Hadith 731

`Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) says that` the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was standing while mounted on his she-camel and people began asking him questions about religious matters. So one person said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! I did not know that stoning (Rami) should be done before sacrifice (Nahr), and I performed the sacrifice before stoning." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "There is no harm, now perform the stoning." Another said, "I did not know that sacrifice should be done before shaving the head, and I shaved my head before the sacrifice." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Now perform the sacrifice, and there is no harm." (The narrator) said, "I heard that on that day, whoever asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) about any such act which a person forgets and does out of order, he (peace be upon him) replied, 'Now do it, and there is no harm.'"
