´Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that` we proclaimed the Talbiyah for Hajj Mufrad with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). In another narration, it is stated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) proclaimed the Talbiyah for Hajj Mufrad.
