Mukhtasar Muslim

Sayyiduna Haritha bin Wahb رضي الله عنه narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم saying: "Give charity. A time is near when a person will go out with his charity, and the one to whom he offers it will say, 'If you had brought it yesterday, I would have accepted it, but today I am not in need of it.' Thus, no one will be found to accept it."
