Mukhtasar Muslim

It is narrated from ‘Ubaydullah bin ‘Abdullah that Sayyiduna ‘Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) asked Sayyiduna Abu Waqqad al-Laythi (may Allah be pleased with him): "What would the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) recite in (the prayer of) Eid al-Adha and (the prayer of) Eid al-Fitr?" He replied: "He (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite (Qaf. By the Glorious Qur’an) and (The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has split)."
