Mukhtasar Muslim

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: I have been commanded to prostrate on seven bones: on the forehead—and he (peace be upon him) pointed with his hand towards his nose—and on both hands, and on both knees, and on the toes of both feet, and I have been forbidden to gather up the clothes and hair.
