`Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that` the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever performs ablution at his home, then goes to one of Allah’s houses to fulfill one of Allah’s obligatory acts, then each of his steps will cause one sin to fall away and the other step will raise him one degree.
