Mukhtasar Muslim

Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that a woman (in the time of ignorance) used to perform Tawaf of the Ka'bah naked and would say: "Who will give me a cloth so that I may cover my private parts with it?" And she would say: "Today all or some will be exposed, then whatever is exposed I will never make lawful (i.e., it has become forbidden forever)." (This indecent custom was abolished by Islam.) Then this verse was revealed: "Wear your clothes at every place of worship."
