Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: "O Allah! I seek refuge in You from incapacity, laziness, cowardice, old age, and miserliness. And I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave and from the trials of life and death."
