Hadith 1910

It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'mineen Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to supplicate with these words: "O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the trial of Hell and the punishment of Hell, from the trial of the grave and the punishment of the grave, from the evil of the trial of wealth and the evil of the trial of poverty. And I seek refuge in You from the evil of the trial of the False Messiah (Dajjal). O Allah! Wash away my sins with the water of snow and hail, and purify my heart from sins as You have purified a white garment from filth, and distance me from my sins as You have distanced the East from the West. O Allah! I seek refuge in You from laziness, old age, sin, and debt."
