Mukhtasar Muslim

Sayyiduna Sa’d bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) says: We were with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) when he said: “Is any one of you incapable of doing a thousand good deeds every day?” One of those sitting with him said: “How can any one of us do a thousand good deeds?” He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “If he says ‘Subhan Allah’ one hundred times, a thousand good deeds will be written for him and a thousand sins will be erased from him.”
