Mukhtasar Muslim

Sayyiduna Abu Barzah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sent a man to a certain tribe of the Arabs. The people there spoke ill of him and beat him. He came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and related what had happened. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "If you had gone to the people of Oman, they would not have spoken ill of you nor beaten you (because the people there are good)."
