Hadith 1631

Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: I was asleep, and I saw myself at a well upon which there was a bucket. So I drew water from that bucket as much as Allah willed. Then the son of Abu Quhafa, that is, Siddiq Akbar (Abu Bakr), took it and drew one or two buckets, and there was some weakness in his drawing—may Allah forgive him. Then that bucket became a large bucket, and Umar bin Khattab took it, and I have never seen a strong chief among the people who drew water as Umar did. He drew so much water that the people watered their camels and took them to their resting places.
