Mukhtasar Muslim

´Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with them) says that` I went to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) one day, and he had a fever. I said, "O Messenger of Allah! You have a severe fever." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "I have as much fever as two men among you." I said, "Is it because you will have a double reward?" The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Yes." Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "No Muslim is afflicted with sickness or any other hardship, except that Allah, the Exalted, drops his sins as a tree sheds its (dry) leaves."
