Mukhtasar Muslim

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uthman bin Abi al-As Thaqafi (may Allah be pleased with him) that he complained to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about a pain that had developed in his body since he became Muslim. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Place your hand on the place of pain and say 'Bismillah' three times, then say this seven times: 'I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of what I find and from the evil of what I fear.'"
