If someone peeps without permission and is blinded, no sin
Hadith 1425

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: If someone peeps into your house without your permission, and then you throw a pebble at him and his eye is injured, there will be no sin upon you.
