Mukhtasar Muslim

Narrated from Sayyiduna Usaid bin Hudair (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man from the Ansar separated himself and said to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): "Will you not appoint me as an official (governor or collector) like you have appointed such-and-such person?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "After me, you will be deprived of your rights, so be patient until you meet me at the Hawd (Pond) of Kawthar."
