(Sayyiduna Sulayman bin Yasar says that) it is narrated from an Ansari companion (may Allah be pleased with him) among the companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) maintained the practice of Qasamah in the same manner as it was in the time of ignorance (Jahiliyyah).
