Mukhtasar Muslim

Narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that a slave girl was found with her head crushed between two stones. She was asked, "Who did this to you? So-and-so? So-and-so?" until the name of a Jew was mentioned, and she indicated with her head (in affirmation). That Jew was caught and he confessed, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that his head be crushed with a stone as well.
