Hadith 2198
Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): Verily, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Hour will not be established until two great groups fight each other, and there will be a severe battle between them, though their claim will be one and the same. And until about thirty liars (Dajjals) will appear, each of them claiming that he is the Messenger of Allah. And until knowledge will be taken away, and earthquakes will increase, and time will pass quickly, and tribulations will appear, and killing will increase, and wealth will become so abundant among you that it will flow like a flood, to the extent that a man will wish for someone to accept his charity, but when he offers it to someone, he will say, 'I have no need of it.' And (the Hour will not be established) until people compete in constructing high buildings, and until a man passes by a grave and says, 'Would that I were in his place (in the grave).' And until the sun rises from the west; then when it rises and people see it, they will all believe, but that will be the time when faith will not benefit anyone who did not believe before, or who did not do good deeds with his faith. And verily, the Hour will be established so suddenly that two men will have spread out a cloth between them for a transaction, but they will neither be able to complete the transaction nor fold it up (before the Hour is established). And verily, the Hour will be established so suddenly that a man will be carrying the milk of his she-camel, but will not be able to drink it (before the Hour is established). And a man will be repairing his water trough for his animals, but will not be able to water them (before the Hour is established). And verily, the Hour will be established so suddenly that a man will have raised a morsel to his mouth, but will not be able to eat it (before the Hour is established)."
