Narrated Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There are two blessings which many people do not appreciate: (1) Good health and (2) Free time (i.e., relief from work and moments of leisure)."
