Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and asked, "Who is most deserving of my good companionship and kind treatment?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied, "Your mother." He asked again, "Then who?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Still your mother." He asked a third time, "Then who?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Still your mother." He asked a fourth time, "Then who?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Then your father."
