Hadith 1922
Narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that he passed by some young men who had tied a hen and were shooting at it. When they saw Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), they all ran away. Then Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) said, "Who has tied it?" Indeed, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cursed the one who does such a thing.
Hadith 1923
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) in another narration says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cursed the person who mutilates an animal.
