Book of Marriage
If a man marries his daughter against her will, the marriage is invalid.

Hadith 1850
Narrated from Sayyidah Khansa bint Khidam Ansariyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) that her father married her off while she had previously been married (i.e., she was not a virgin). She was displeased with this marriage, so she came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and mentioned this. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) then annulled the marriage that her father had arranged.
