Mukhtasar Bukhari

Umm al-Mu’minin Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that whenever the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) would go to his bed every night, he would join his two palms together and recite (Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad), (Qul A’udhu bi-Rabbil-Falaq), and (Qul A’udhu bi-Rabbin-Nas) over them, then blow into them and wipe them over his entire body as far as he could reach. He would start by wiping his blessed head and face, and then the front part of his body, and he would do this three times.
