Mukhtasar Bukhari

Narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to me, "Recite the Qur'an to me." I said, "How can I recite it to you when it has been revealed to you?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "I like to hear it from someone else." So I began to recite Surah An-Nisa, and when I reached the verse, "Then how will it be when We bring from every nation a witness?" he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Stop." And tears were flowing from his eyes.
